About Me and My Philosophy

We are all stuck in our unique ways. Maybe we can't stop worrying about family members, don't feel good about ourselves, are indecisive, or can't bear the stress of a life or work situation. My approach focuses on helping you fully embrace your "stuckness" and all the emotions that come with it. You learn to get comfortable with whatever emerges: joy, distress, pain, grief or anger. You feel our way along as you journey deeper within yourself. You can be surprised by what emerges, moved by it, expanded by it, and eventually made whole by it. As you do this, the cholesterol of your emotional baggage reduces, and your emotional arteries once again pump you full of the life and energy you remember experiencing when you were younger. You change how you feel about yourself, you change how you are in the world.

My interest in mental health comes from my own journey of inner work to become more fully human, alive and purposeful. I  draw from the discoveries of IFS and from humanistic and psychodynamic traditions in my work with clients who come from four continents and range from students to surgeons to CEOs. I am trained by globally renowned therapists and coaches from India, Canada, USA, and Israel. In a previous life, I have held leadership positions in technology and research organisations before I made the shift to psychotherapy and coaching.
